We've been setting up for two weeks but the last two days have been the busiest. We set up the mega tree, leaping arches, and the star. Also had to listen to Penn State beat Indiana rather than watch the game.

Well all the lights are up! Now just need to clean up the wires and cover every connection I can. There are 44,000+ lights with 5 colors on almost every feature and over 300 channels.
I hope to run a full test of all the new sequences Friday night. I'm off work from the 20th to the 30th so I have time to add a couple more songs. There are 1/2 a strand of red icecycle and blue icecycle lights out but for the amount of lights there are I certainly won't complain. Some work to do on the collection box and on my yard perimeter where it crosses the sidewalk I have to build a brace to stand the lights to be as close to perfect as possible.
But with almost 2 weeks left I'm very happy with what we've accomplished so far.

We're almost done. Just cleaning up some wires and we'll be ready to run the show. We ran a full test tonight and things look good. We're ready to go opening night.
